It was cold and with some very fierce horizontal snow at times.... but then the sun came out as B and I walked around Carsington today.  There's not really enough uphill, but it's a lovely walk with a pub about halfway and we enjoyed it.  I'd planned a walk further afield, but B had replaced his old walking boots and didn't want to chance it with the new ones, so we came here, a five minute drive away.

I was going to post an extra of my left foot, which is very bruised around the little toe because I stubbed it quite hard yesterday... but decided to spare your delicate eyes :-)
