Layers

Met up with Wendy after work today for a bike ride along the canal.

In my head we were to end up in a hostelry for a light ale, enjoyed whilst we basked in the sun. In reality we got wet, muddy and a bit more wet and didn't make it to the pub and even the ice cream boat was shut.

Still we wouldn't have had time to eat or drink as we were too busy chatting.

A lovely easy ride and then just at the end we managed to stretch out a bit and get a bit of speed up.
