I recall as a kid stories going round that at the barbers the customers would be asked as they paid up "Something for the weekend, sir?" It never happened to me as I was not yet a teenager. So I can't confirm whether its true.

Times have changed and the barberess might now be offering him the Guiness.

By the way, have any of you watched Dancing Town? It seems to have slipped below the radar. What a joyful and uplifting series it has been.
