Feel the Fizz

Sparkling water in a glass
Watch it as the minutes pass
Focus on the rising bubbles
Letting go of all your troubles
Gaze till you forget to think
Then lift the glass and take a drink

It tried to snow this morning, but it wasn't taking the task seriously. A few snowflakes waved around in the air for a while, then melted before they could hit the ground. Tis cold though! Lots of birds in the garden feeding happily, and drinking once the thin ice on the pond had melted.
