TLC

For the bike not me. I took it for a 28 mile ride in the freezing cold and snowy weather. It was tough. At times I just couldn't see. My feet were freezing. My bike was filthy when I got it home so it had a nice wash down. I had a warm up in a nice hot bath.
Very busy day today.
Early morning 2 mile swim.
Bike ride.
Meeting with channel relay swimmers. Sorted out some training weekends and fund raising ideas.
Shopping.
Ironing.
Now my feet are well and truly up on the sofa. Night to myself as boys are in Birmingham watching footy.
