A chap with a drain camera came to check out all the drains. Thankfully he didn't find any more problems with the others,

Sav photographed the crack in the sewer pipe that he's found, for the record ( quite a case building against the builders who were originally contracted to do the renovation ). Now he needs to dig up about 3 feet of the yard as the camera shows that's about as far as the damage extends.
