It's my turn to stay at Mum's while her partner and principal carer is in hospital with a chest infection which, surprise, surprise, she too is being treated for.

When the carers arrived at 7.30am for their 45 minute stint I took the opportunity of walking round the block - I'm not good with being confined and having to sit. 

I would've had time to walk further, so when the carers arrive at lunchtime......
