Bubble wrap room

Sort of. It's basically big sheets of plastic that run around the walls and the floor of the cave because the other side of that wall has about 4 feet of the neighbour's garden. Who knows what the people who planned this house were thinking. Anyway, the dampness is trapped behind this sophisticated vapour barrier (thick plastic) and either evaporates out of the top or, if there's enough of it, drains to the ground. My computers are safe. Must crack on with the framing and insulating.
