Although I'm tempted to suggest an alternative which is that an empty vessel is easily filled, and I see too much of that on Facebook with people posting bollocks because they know no better but think they are being clever - nothing but sheep. 

That came across as a little bit angry but it wasn't meant to be - I'm chilled honestly but I did unfriend someone this weekend for doing exactly the above. No time for it or them in my life.
