Merry go round

An action packed three days! 
I really really enjoyed the Occupational First Aid three day course, at the Order of Maltesers.  
We did not just suck on chocolate balls. We learned so much more than I expected! Including the 3 Ps. 
Preservation of life. Prevention of of worsening of condition. Promotion of recovery.
Jayzus, I can feel a tear welling up as I type.  

Did you know that there are coffee machines that make tea from a sachet-kind-of-yoke-with-a-little-tube-on-top with a tea concentrate extract-sort-of-thingy? 

And it actually tastes like tea.
Well, almost.
