Banner unveiled

It was a year in the making, but at last the new banner was unveiled to the WI members at their meeting tonight. I think they approved!
The centre panel depicts a pond in the Eastwick area and is worked in stumpwork. (See extra) The separate oak leaves show our different activities. My contribution was the name panel and the Dorset buttons at the bottom of the tabs. The banner was unveiled at the meeting by the founder president from 1970 (me!) and the second president. (See extra). Now that the secret is out I can put pictures of the banner on our website - another of my WI jobs!
