Birthday

It's my brother's birthday today - a big significant one

Went for a nice walk. Walked from Appley Bridge to Parbold and back and spotted these lovely fungus in scarlet red. Hard to hold my camera phone steady as I'm shaky from all my medication so still getting used to this, also my best mate was doing impressions in the background of having tasted tested said fungi. A very relaxed and much needed easy day.

We had a nice family meal at a local eatery which was a bit pricey but the food was very good. I had a burger with blue cheese and a haloumi (sp.) starter. A really lovely day that made me happy.
