My beloved Oslo - early, frozen morning

A snapshot in the morning before a meeting.
Even if the temperature is not so low, just - 3 C  (26 F), 
it feels colder and the small streets have turned into crazy ice tracks. 
The Oslo fiord is also frozen, and the sculpture "Iceberg" by Monica Bonvicini is perfected located amongst the ice.
