Celebrating a fresh start

A wet and misty day in Dunoon but it didn't dampen the spirits of those who gathered to celebrate the handing over of keys to the tenants of five new Argyll Community Housing Association homes in Victoria Park .

Nor the piper's , nor mine as I was doing the handing over and unveiling a plaque too .
