Fitbit

Busy day at work - I had to deliver a new training session to a group of academics. I think it went OK. 

Just had time to open my new fitbit and put it on charge before I went to a spin session at the gym. Sweated buckets but enjoyed the class. 

Home for a shower, into pyjamas and then catching up with son number one.
