Part of a film about the people living day to day lives during the last world war.  It was very interesting.

Today after taking my friend (extra) for a walk locally and taking lots of shots of a bank of snowdrops, we went to the Lowry.  First we ate and then walked round Media city looking at all the modern architecture.  The War Museum for a short time and then into the Lowry museum.  She really enjoyed seeing Lowry's work,  Finally we dropped her off at the station!  A really good weekend!!
