Greatstone Beach @ Glove Fence

I hesitate to say that I have a favourite beach where I live, but if forced to it is this one. About a mile away and with sand dunes to climb instead of shingle, but what a beach! In this area one can go just a mile in any direction to find a different environment whether it's the beaches, marshes or woodlands.

The last day of my leave, just us today and laundry all done, guest room refurbished after the girls and car washed. We then tried the carvery at the Captain Howe Hotel which is within walking distance. The food was lovely. A lazy afternoon and now off to bed!
