Shredded

Another task this weekend was marmalade making. The scale of production has lessened over the years. In part because we have reduced our sugar intake; in part because my preference for hand-shredding the peel makes the task more onerous.

But with a Charity sale of marmalade coming up I could not stop production altogether.

A busy day starting to clear an attic: the dust did not help my cough at all. But managed both to sit in the sunshine and get some seeds planted. So a productive day.

Back to work tomorrow.
