Cardinal at sunset

Very quiet day at the feeders. I have noticed that the warmer the weather , the fewer birds I see. And it was warm yesterday and today , close to 60 both days! The variety is less also. Unfortunately the feeders were discovered by squirrels and when they are hanging around ( which they have been) I also see fewer birds. Of course, this happens on the Great Backyard Bird Count weekend so my counts were probably at their lowest for the year, at least in variety. My crows didn't even show up!
