Day 31 following the Compass points in sequence from Glossop town centre.

An early blip today just for a change - in truth this may have been an even better photograph if I had got there even earlier.

Howard park is a lovely small park near the Glossop swimming baths. It's on a fairly steep hill so it gives all the dogs and owners a good workout.

I must admit I have never been there for years but I do remember as a schoolchild having a nature walk through the park. We used a small net from this bridge to catch sticklebacks and the like. A day out of the classroom always remembered longer than any day spent inside.
