Portobello High Street

Feel the quality. This is now gone, but thankfully I managed to get a shot of it before the gentrification of Portobello got totally out of hand. 

The shop is undergoing a transformation; from the Joppa Food Store )it sold food, I think) to - yup - a flotation pod place. How very 1994. So instead of quinoa and brown rice, we're back to soothing whale music and getting your chakras aligned. Or something. 

As part of the makeover, the Cigs has been unceremoniously ditched; I await with interest to see how they tie dye a roller shutter door....
