Zero calories

Well the water is anyway. Having messed about, half-doing the 5:2 diet I'm giving it a proper go today.

So far today I've consumed just under 240 calories, which leaves me with 260 for the rest of today... and I'm feeling a bit light-headed.

I've never been one for dieting, but the idea of eating this way appeals because it's supposed to force your brain to repair itself, and I'm reaching the age when I feel that my brain isn't what it once was. Of course, the other health benefits i.e. weight loss and lower b.p. and cholesterol readings will be welcome!
