Looking for the best bit

Rosie was doing her best to reach the centre of her favourite vegetable at breakfast.

Today was another grey and wet day. I would have preferred to stay home my entire day off to give my left foot and knee as much rest as possible but unfortunately I had an errand to run and some shopping to do at some point.
