Sleepy...

Bailey and I both by the end of today - although he does have one eye open ever so slightly . Very little spare time for me today and some frustrations with students which makes a bit of a change as they are generally the saving grace. A clear message issued this morning was at least listened to and lunchtime was a much calmer event as a result so there is the hope that that will continue. 

I did have an early finish to come home for the plumber who has fixed the problem and the after effects of the leak are minimal. More of an issue was how disgruntled Bailey was at not being allowed to say hello. His grumpy act continued when he barked more than I have ever heard him in the garden in competition with another dog around the corner. He was eventually enticed back into the house with the aid of some chicken just out of the oven. And tonight he has inhabited the sofa whilst I should have contemplated some work and instead telly watched and had a good catch up with the bestest friend.
