Doris Day

A day of wild weather. Winter storm Doris is the fourth named storm of the current season, coming after Angus in November, then Barbara and Conor in December. She has lashed the country all day.

Further north it has been dangerously windy, with gusts over over 90 mph in Places. Here in Kent it has been a mixed day of fierce winds interspersed with quieter patches when the sky briefly cleared while thinner clouds scudded past. Hope it's a bit calmer tomorrow.
