Trebarwith Strand

We spent most of our holidays here as kids and so we are drawn here most times we are down here.

As kids the tide seemed to be out the whole time here, but these days you only get a few hours. Simon thought we were stranded after a walk to the far end of the beach having to paddle through water to your ankles does not class as stranded in my eyes, but we made it to safety - he needed three pints of Ratler to settle his nerves, I just had a cappuccino. we also bumped into some people who live here but are from a nearby village to us back home.

Home to a BBQ and a few bottles glasses of wine. The dogs were much better today after being run ragged on the beach.....they are now crashed out for the rest of the night.

In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on
