A Very Busy Day

Well we had an unbelievable first day at the quilt festival - we arrived an hour or so before opening to finish off decorating the stand and presenting all the fabric bundles, then at 10 a.m. the floodgates opened. Our stall was swamped and the till was ringing....it was after 3 p.m. before we got a chance to grab a sandwich. Lots of familiar faces about and lots of new ones - including many local people who did not know about the studio, so that is good for future trade!

We exhausted our supply of 150 brochures and so tonight after the show closed,  I tried to print out some more - but both of our printers decided to get the hump and stop working. I managed to get about 80 more printed but one printer has clogged up - and one has decided it doesn't like the cartridges (proper Epson ones too!) .... All this whilst trying to cook some tea!

Mrs madwill had to go to the studio to cut more fabric to replenish our stock at the show.

So a bit of an emergency blip of a few brochures that I managed to get printed successfully.

It all starts again tomorrow morning.....so once again, apologies for sparse comments.
