Teasels

Someone went to the trouble of picking some teasels so, never one to pass up a photo opportunity, I blipped them for today.

Today I went to the Royal Infirmary for my pre-op assessment for the hip replacement I'm having on 20th September. I felt much better about the whole thing afterwards. I still feel affronted that I need a hip replacement - I'm not old enough, surely? However, seeing as I do have a painful hip which is stopping me from walking and generally being active, I'm very glad that hip replacements seem to be so successful in most cases. Just hope I'm not one of the unlucky ones who has problems...
