Arts & Crafts & Tuna

Today we went to visit our friends John and Jennie. Coffee was at there's and then John drove us to Sutton Coldfield to Mitchells Art & Craft Centre.

This is a converted farm house and outbuildings containing various shops and a contemporary art gallery. There were some very interesting paintings and sculptures for sale alongside some amazing wood carved furniture. All at very high Sutton prices!

There is also an excellent restaurant where we had lunch. I had Tuna Green Thai Curry with egg noodles washed down with a beer, very good.

The photograph is of some stables at the complex that appeared to be not used now. I just liked the dilapidated state of the building with the brick walls and wooden stable doors - very interesting.
