My beloved Oslo - Stortinget

Our Parliament is called Stortinget. The building is from 1866 and designed by the Swedish architect Emil Victor Langlet. His design won the competition to create a building reflecting the Norwegian values: open, moderate and close to the people. 

The building became to soon too small, and in 1951 the Norwegian architect  Nils Langhelle reconstructed Langlet design.  

I thought the sky was pretty today and complimented the building.
