Ingredients - Blackcurrants

Not the most successful photo - thought I could use frozen blackcurrants but quickly realised they'd shrivelled! So this is more about jam than anything else - which is my favourite use for blackcurrants. I could have abandoned today's idea but, as this about experimenting I've let it go.
