Ingredients - Red Cabbage

I was slicing this last night and thought what a beautiful pattern - so had to blip it today. I've used a very shallow DOF (depth of field) and boosted the purple a bit. We've recently rediscovered red cabbage and it's now a main ingredient for winter salads - raw, the cooked stuff is quite grim.
