Cycled to and from work today. Wasn't as fast as last year but I'm slowly getting back to sensible speeds, and my heart rate is coming down - so I'm climbing better and not needing to work as hard for the same speed.

Did pretty much nothing at work other than shout at useless foreigners who can't follow basic instructions - out sourcing to the lowest bidder is obviously such a good idea...

I did find this deux cent coin, so that must be two days good, possibly even more now that Sterling is worthless...
