Mintfest 2012 Sunday

Back for another afternoon enjoying all the fun of the Mintfest International Street Theatre. This time with added gorgeous weather.

My daughter was uber keen to join in the fun and was picked to be part of a marching band! As it was an all male band she had to be re-named Derek but she didn't seem to mind as you can see from this picture.

We also saw Thai dancers, Elvis impersonators cleaning the streets, traffic wardens giving out tickets (daughter got one and an ASBO for her scooter), dancers fighting over parts of a shop dummy in suitcases and so much more... If you read my blog yesterday you will have seen some of the high jinks.

Good to see fellow blippers willllwynbedw and sheilwill whilst watching a giant time travelling robot. Roll on Mintfest 2013 on the first weekend in September..
