Tiny Tuesday - Mystery Object

It is not often that we see "British Made" on items nowadays though I do wonder whether Brexit will bring these sentiments back alive as they seem to have in the USA under Trump. I've been delving about in the garage for unlikely tiny unlikely items to photograph and have come up with another mystery object. If you want a further clue you can look at my extra.
