On the Rise

Up at the allotment early doors this morning for a compost delivery, or Enriched Organic Manure to be exact, and lots of it. The lad dropping it off brought it all the way to the plot for me, what a guy! Usually it's me going backwards and forwards with a wheelbarrow so this was much better! Just have to dig it all in now.

The last loaf I made was a bit dry for some reason. It's fine for toast but I've got another sourdough on the go now. This is my 'proving drawer'!
