Tower walk

I both love and loathe the sleeper. It's such a great concept- no need to get to an airport at the crack of dawn. No security or duty free. No tedious haul into the centre of London. I just don't sleep well on the train, which blows all the advantages out of the water.

It's a beautiful morning. After a shower at Euston, I take the tube to Tower Hill and walk to International House where Matt and I are running a workshop. It's a nice room and a big crowd and the workshop goes pretty well.

I hustle over to LCY to get home in time to cook tea and get Angus to judo. The flight is delayed, but by less than an hour. I'm feeling crap, and after Claire gets back from her parents' night I grab an early night.
