Cambo Estate

The weather forecast was awful but the heavy rain we expected never came ... it was a bit mizzly in the later morning and throughout the afternoon.

L and I had an unexpected visit to Cambo Estate this morning. Our friend M who was staying with us in Elie for a couple of nights wanted to buy some snowdrops 'in the green' and there is nowhere better than Cambo to purchase them.  Although most of the snowdrops are dying back there are a number still in full bloom.

We enjoyed a lovely walk through the wood down to the beach at Kingsbarns.
