Goldfinch

A morning of housework jobs followed by half an hour blipping the birds in the elder tree:  blue tits; great tits; long-tailed tits; siskins; redpolls; goldfinches; bullfinch; chaffinches; goldcrest; blackbird; dunnock; greater spotted woodpecker.....then all of a sudden they are gone, postie's radio at fault methinks.

I've had some fresh air walking up Bents Lane and round on Nab Lane and Tan Hill Lane back to Wilsden and home.
