A splash of Colour to brighten the day.

It is the funeral of a dear friend and work colleague today.   He had bravely fought cancer for the last few weeks and sadly lost his battle on 16th February.

It was a bittersweet day.  We cried little, laughed a lot at the antics we got up to, but were able to bring his family a little solace by sharing some of our tales with them through an interpreter.

Where do these flowers come in, well there were two pots of them on the bar at the wake and I thought they were beautiful just like the memories we were all sharing.

Goodbye Gabriel, until we meet again. Gone too soon.
