Day 10

After a very leisurely breakfast it was off to the beach at Kingsbarns. Mike explored a the remains of the old harbour walls, Shelagh and I walked and chatted and Ollie played with countless other dogs. Two lovely young whippets in cosy orange fleece jackets looking very dapper!
Soup picnic lunch in the van, watching the waves then Shelagh off to her pupils concert. She took us to another concert in the evening - the Anstruther Philharmonic in Cellardyke church. Her late husband used to sing with them for many years so lots of memories for her. A super concert, Mozart and Handel.
Excellent meal in the Waterfront in Anstruther beforehand. Lovely and tasty, with lots of fresh veg. Highly recommended!
