Late afternoon clouds over Sharon Woods lake

Wednesday
A mainly grey day today, with several snow showers, but no accumulation. Spent some time in the morning doing some tidying up in the finished basment as Laura was having a New Years Eve Party with about ten of her friends. I made us lasagna and salad for a late lunch, then Roger and I went for a brisk walk around the lake at Sharon Woods. By this time there were some breaks in the cloud and it made for a beautiful sky. Philip was stuck with us for the evening as most of his friends from UC had gone to Miami to support the football team at the Orange Bowl game. We watched movies and watched the ball drop in New York and toasted the New Year with champagne!
