The evenings drawing out

This is the first time since last year that I have walked back to my Edinburgh flat in the evening whilst it was still light.

The clocks change on Sunday but already the "drawing out" is obvious and the colours tonight made the enjoyment of the moment even more pleasant particularly after three and a half hours sitting in the Parliamentary chamber .
