Sunshine

Sunshine all day today which made for open windows, washing dried in quick time, bright walks with Bailey and a spotlight on the dog and the angel on top of the picture frame. 

The day started early with a return to spin class for the first time in a long time. The bestest friend and I survived, although I think I am going to know about it tomorrow. 

I braved a food shop done part way through the day and then a long afternoon nap for Bailey and I. And this evening I have made a rather large chilli for next Saturday night's tea, which will be eaten in Cornwall.
