Aradus ~ Flat Bug

Continuing, evidently, with the *insects I've never seen/noticed before* theme. This thing was inside our house when I first spotted it, and then I moved it out to the porch to attempt to photography it. I seem not to have gotten it entirely in focus, but oh well. Anyway - I found it in an insect guide book that I have, and it's a member of the species Aradus - which are some of the "true bugs." Flat bugs, in this case. It's less than 1/4" long from tip to tail - which is to say maybe 1/2 a centimeter? And very very flat.
