Tarmac Tuesday

Despite the generally good weather, farmers are still not prepared to do much more than drive slurry tanks and sundry trailers with seemingly little of interest in them. So during the morning walk nothing which deserved the honour of a full blown Tractor Tuesday Blip. Just for the sake of form have posted a collage in extra photos with a few tractors and other transport Tuesday items.

Remember the days of a knock on the front door: "Guv, we have just finished a job down the road and happen to have a lorry load of tarmac which we could use to do your drive at a minimal cost price"

Our almost neighbours, the joinery Boneberger have built a large extension to their workshops. This had meant ripping up the yard and now the building work is completed, the yard is being finished by a local Memmingen building and, earthworks company who are particularly well known for their road and motorway building/surfacing work, Germany wide.

So today Tarmac Tuesday. Hopefully normal service will resume next week.
