Two Little Birds

I've had a frenetic day today. I just seem to have rolled from one thing to another.

Somehow I got through it and made my way home via the podiatrist. My plantar fasciitis seems to have turned a corner and, although it's still a bit sore, it's nowhere near as bad as it has been. Fingers crossed it will continue to improve.

I spent a few minutes outside, watching the birds as they swooped around, chasing the multitude of bugs in the air. These two lovelies were playing around with each other; it was fun to watch.

Ready for bed now.
