Tulip Tree

I don't seem to have been very productive today, particularly now my sewing machine has stopped working.  I expect it's my fault as I've never oiled it, until today, and fortunately the item I'm making was making is only experimental and not a vital piece of wardrobe for our forthcoming holiday.

I inspected one of the two Tulip trees on the grassy bank at the front this morning and noticed it seems to put out little flags before the leaves.  This is as they are, one-sided and no bigger than a 5p piece.
