Little Trotty Wagtail

Unlike the Wagtail in the Poem, this one did not have to contend with mud and rain, he enjoyed relatively dry conditions. I thought he looked very happy!

Today we chased up news of my Dad's operation, and finally spoke to someone who could provide some answers. Unfortunately the answer was that he wasn't on the list! This only raised more questions.

At his pre med checks, both the anaesthetist and the surgery dept. told him they were willing to proceed, and he hasn't received any mail or other communication to say otherwise. 

He has an appointment with the doctor for later on today. Hopefully they can shed some light on it, or at least speak to the right people to find out what is going on.
