Getting old

Was given this in the gym yesterday, I must be looking old...

It's all very sensible advice but it doesn't mean I want to be reminded that I'm closer to retirement than I am to university...

I know plenty of men who have had to go through treatment and I also know that most men will suffer to some or less extent, but still I'd rather not think about it now.

Work continues to be a waking nightmare, it can't end too soon...
